Counterparties to securities financing transactions shall report each securities financing transaction they enter into and each modification or termination of such a transaction to a trade repository registered or recognized under the SFTR.

The re-use regime under Article 15 of the SFTR provides that a counterparty may re-use financial instruments held as collateral if certain conditions are met.
